LAYER PALLETIZER

Palletizer for bottom loading cartons

Basic machine composed of:

· Double column lifting structure for layer loading/unloading platform.

· Loading/unloading lift with central opening.

· Side edges of layer sealing and motorized feedback bar.

· Pusher layer to resume

· Product entry with double speed belt

· System of product orientation

· Row preformer with modular step-by-step conveyor

· Empty pallet inlet and full pallet outlet conveyors (including muting)

· Perimeter protection against accidents

· CE-compliant electrical system with Siemens PLC

Optional:

· Intermediate layer preforming plane

· Empty pallet warehouse

· Interlayer automatic

· Double input for high speeds

Basic machine operation:

· The operator selects from panel II desired format, previously scheduled and the number of layers

· In the case of a new format, it can be created and saved by auto-programming directly from the panel

· The operator starts the automatic palletizing cycle (including interlayer and pallet magazine).
