DEPALLETIZER FOR BOTTLES

Push depalletizer for bottles (discharge from below)

Basic machine consisting of:

· Double column lifting structure for layer unloading trolley

· Layer pusher with 4 compaction sides

· Pneumatic centering device for sealing the underlying layer

· Flap stapling group

· L. 3000 mm layer unloading conveyor

· Manual flap removal and empty pallet unloading

· Perimeter protections against accidents

· CE-compliant eletrical system with  Siemens PLC

Optional

· Motorized conveyors for loading and unloading pallet ("Muting" included)

· Lifting area of the pallet

· Empty pallet warehouse

· Bottles aligner outgoing

· Remove flap / remove automatic frame

Operation

· The operator, place the full pallet on the input roller conveyor of the depalletizer

· The operator starts the depalletizing cycle which is completely automatic.

· The depalletized bottles are aligned in a single row by means of an optional aligner.
